Send an e-mail to infovinitabhansali@gmail.com to connect with our team. Our team will get in touch with you and discuss the reasons and accordingly guide you on the process.

Once we receive the package, our team will determine if it is fit for replacement provided the issue is raised within 24 hours of receiving the product (only incase of defect) and send you an e-mail informing you of the same. If fit for return, we will replace the items (subject to availability) or else issue a credit note for the same amount. The credit note must be redeemed against a purchase made with the brand directly. The replaced item will be dispatched to your address as soon as possible. If not fit for return, we will send the goods back to you. Processing and closing of an exchange issue may take 10 business days at our end.Â
